Giza Pyramids is the best striking monumental site in the ancient world that dated back to more than 4000 years. This magnificent complex represents the real beauty of Egyptian architecture and it contains the three enchanting pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure in addition to the other six little pyramids, the Great Sphinx and the Valley of the Kings.
This remarkable enormous sculpture was established for King Khare, one of the significant kings of the 4th dynasty. The Great Sphinx was believed to be the protective bodyguard of Giza Pyramids and other monumental objects at Giza Complex, thus it was carved with a man's head and a lion's body to be more frightening for the enemies.
It's a funerary temple which is located at Giza Plateau and carved from local limestone. A part of the temple was constructed with pink granite and a part with Tura limestone. The valley Temple was mainly established for the purification of the kings' mummies and for the mummification process.
