The Catacombs is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Middle Ages. It was set up in the 2nd century AD then it was found by a donkey by accident in 1900. What makes must-see attraction is that it’s a wonderful structure that combines Roman art and Pharaonic design.
Citadel of Qaitbey is an Islamic defensive fortress that was built in 1477 AD by Ashraf Sayf El-Din Qa'itbay. It's located in Alexandria city, at the same place of the ancient Alexandria Lighthouse and it's considered one of the strongest fortifications on the Mediterranean Sea Coast.
